Get Your Art On
A new after school art program will be starting next week.
We will be offering a four-week seminar on printmaking. Students
will learn about lino block cutting and making prints. The class
will meet every Tuesday and Thursday for four weeks from 3:15
to 4:30pm. The class will be taught by Ms. Kryciek, a credentialed
art teacher, in room 503. There will be no charge for the class,
but students will need to bring some required supplies to class.
A list of these supplies will be provided in advance of the class.
The first twenty-four students who sign up will be admitted.
Simply return the form attached to the flyer or call the office
to sign your child up for the class.
Additional seminars will be offered throughout the year. These
seminars will focus on painting and batik. If you do not get
into the first session, you will be given priority for the next
one. Please see the flyer in today’s backpack mail
for additional information about the seminar.
Thanks to the PTA for funding this unique opportunity.
