This group is comprised of student, parent, teacher, classified staff and administrative representatives.  The Site Council is responsible for allocating state resources, identifying goals for the school, approving school-wide policies and administering and evaluating the annual student and parent surveys. The terms of two of our parent representatives are expiring this year and we are looking for two parents interested in representing the parent community in critical issues.  As per Education Code, all teacher, student and parent representatives are elected by their constituent groups.  If you are interested in serving on the Site Council next year, please contact me via email or voicemail prior to the end of the school year. We will have a parent vote at the beginning of next year to finalize the process.  I want to thank our two outgoing representative, Robynn Gaspar and Michele Hayden for their excellent work over the last two years.  Their vision and voice has contributed to the continual improvement of Hall Middle School. - Daniel Norbutas & Andy Boone - Hall Principal & Assistant Principal

		8th Grade Graduation Photos Order forms were sent home in all 8th graders' backpack mail today for graduation photos.  You may choose to have an individual graduation portrait taken of your child, and a group photo will be taken of the entire class on graduation day.  Individual portraits (optional) will be taken between 12:00 and 1:30 on Friday, June 15.  Graduates with last names starting from A-L should arrive between 12:00 and 12:45, and those with last names starting with M-Z should arrive between 12:45 and 1:30.  The group photo will be taken at 2 SHARP.  If you wish to order either individual or group photos, please make sure to send the completed form, along with payment to "Lifetouch", to school with your child on graduation day, June 15.  Chaperones Needed Student Council Needs your help....  6 chaperones are needed for the Hall-Kent Middle School dance which will be taking place at Hall the evening of June 1.  More details to follow but please calendar this in and let Ms. Shaner or Mr. Nelson know you will be able to help.
