Awards Ceremonies
Here are the dates and times for the Award Ceremonies for each
of the three grade levels:
•
8th grade - Wednesday, June 9, 9:15am
•
6th grade - Thursday, June 10, 8:45am
•
7th grade - Thursday, June 10, 9:40am
The Awards
Ceremonies are a great way to honor our remarkable student achievement this
year. I look forward to seeing you there.
Grades and Bills
Students who have
outstanding bills for books or locks, or have overdue library books will
have their report cards withheld until the bills are paid and
books returned. Report cards will be mailed on June 18. If you
have any outstanding fees you will be mailed a letter detailing
missing materials instead of a report card. Make sure all materials
are returned this week to avoid any delay in receiving your child’s report card.
Scheduling for Next Year
We are in the process of
building the master schedule for next year. Sixth and seventh grade parents,
please contact the office as soon as possible if your child will not
be returning to Hall next year. This information will help us build
balanced classrooms. Thank you for your cooperation.
Next Year Particulars
The
first day of school will be Tuesday, August 24th. You can pick
up your child’s schedule,
purchase a Binder Reminder and PE uniform the day before, Monday, August 23rd.
The office will be open beginning August 16 if you have any questions or concerns.
I will be available through the end of June if you need to contact me.
