Principal's Message

Giants Night The Foundation is sponsoring a night at AT&T Park this Wednesday night. The teachers at each grade level have agreed to work with their students to support the event. Because the event is on an early release day, we do not anticipate that daily homework will stand in the way of students attending the event. Additionally, students who are planning on attending the event should discuss homework accommodations with their individual teachers at the beginning of the week.  These options may include not giving homework at all that night or allowing students to turn in the work on the following Monday.  We hope that our students and parents enjoy this excellent event.  Go Giants! 8th Grade Enrichment Options Eighth grade enrichment request form is coming home in backpack mail today.  We have added some additional options for students to select for their eighth grade elective.  If enough students express an interest, we will be offering an Introduction to French class.  This class in an introductory class and does not count towards the high school language requirement like the eighth grade Spanish class at Hall does.  Also on the list of options you will see an opportunity for students to sign up to be a TA for their enrichment option.  These students will work in the office, library and classrooms at Hall, learning important skills.  Please return the forms as soon as possible so that we can build our schedule for next year. - Daniel Norbutas - Hall Principal
