MUSICIANS IN THE SPOTLIGHT: Spotlight 4
It’s a Wrap!
This is the last in our series leading up to this Friday night’s Twin Cities Music Festival in the Hall Gym at 7:30pm. That’s right...it’s a wrap, not “Rap” which, come to think of it, is about the only musical style not represented at this Friday night’s gala. So for those who actually listen to that music, this one’s for you!

“We’ve got Ms.Wolf and Don Matthews, they’re going for Baroque.
And Amy Friedricks Bluegrass band, will be singin’ for us folk

And Mr. Arrow’s Caledonia will be right on target too
With groovy jazz- no razz-ma-tazz- just great sounds tried and true

Then, accordian to Bert Pankler, his music’s world renown
He’s found his songs both near and far by traveling town to town

The mystery guest whose I.D. has thus far been concealed
Will walk into the spotlight, and finally be revealed

Our Lexi Ahle will dazzle, with feats of feet galore!
She’ll battle with our drummer, Mike and jazz-tap ‘cross the floor

And mandolin is Chris Smith’s thing, it’s a wonder to behold.
He’s written songs for young and old while some are yet untold.

So it’s the T-C Fest-i-val, this coming Friday night.
The best sound found in any town, you know that we are right.

So make it there or you’ll be square, besides the gig is free!
It’s much more fun for everyone than watchin’ your T.V.”
Yo! Peace, Out
