1. PRESIDENT’S WELCOME
2. APPROVAL of MINUTES from April meeting
3. TREASURERS REPORT (Welcome back, Kathie!)
   • Review projected end of year balance
   • Discuss allocation of any surplus funds (reserve $4000 for the funding of the 2001-2002 lunch program)
   • Review financial suggestions/revisions for next year
4. PRESIDENT’S REPORT
   Old Business:
   
   1. Parliamentarian’s Report: Nominating Committee update for 2001-2002 PTA recruitment
   2. Historian’s Report re: Volunteer Hours (Perhaps provide School Board with this report?)
   3. Thank you to Kappy Reed for chairing the Teacher/Staff Luncheon on May 9th.
      
   New Business:
   1. Grade Level VP Reports
   2. Open House at Hall on Thurs. May 17, 2001 with brief General PTA meeting following to elect new slate of officers and address any outstanding issues before year end.
   3. Schedule Date for end of year luncheon for new and retiring PTA Executive Board Officers.
   4. Change in ending date of Hot Lunch to May 29,2001 from June 5, 2001.
