New Business
- Proposal to restructure VPs’ job descriptions to take on more
responsibility:
- 6th Grade VPs to oversee Photo Day and Lost & Found;
- 7th Grade VPs to oversee lunchtime fund-raisers (i.e. help get
fund-raisers up and running);
- 8th Grade VPs to oversee 8th Grade Graduation and Beautification
- Proposal to gift $5000 in increased income (from Pizza Day) to District,
to help pay for a large signboard at Hall
- Proposal to increase Beautification budget by $1000 to improve
blacktop/lunch area at Hall
- Request from Superintendent to subsidize District’s estimated
costs ($1400) for the free & reduced lunch program at Hall
