PTA News

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT...

As you read through this week’s bulletin, you’ll notice several exciting things happening revolving around community service. I am really excited that Gloria Hood, Suzanne Lawton, and Pam Ferroggiaro have really expanded the community service opportunities on campus and around our community. We hope more kids will get involved with the various activities.

If you haven’t joined the PTA yet, please do so today. It’s so easy…just click HERE OR drop off your check in the office.

Lastly, thank you to all of the families that participated in the Greenraising event. You can still contribute to Hall Middle School by purchasing on line throughout the school year.

-Jeanette Thorson, Hall PTA President

GREENRAISER FUNDRAISER

This is a reminder that the special sales period of our Greenraising fundraiser is over. If you have not yet turned in your catalog order form to the office, please contact Beth Hoehn at 924-8416 or Deloris Leiter at 924-7615. Your online orders throughout the year will benefit our school, and more SIGG water bottles will be available online again soon. Thank you!

LOCKS OF LOVE – LOTS OF FUN

Our Locks of Love Kickoff was a huge success. The students came to learn more about this cause, which provides wigs for children with hair loss from diseases. Hall students, or even their parents or teachers can grow their hair out over the school year and donate a ponytail to help make dreams possible for so many. Kathleen Lynch, our dynamic secretary, has volunteered her professional beautician skills to help cut participant's hair next spring at our Locks of Love Donation Day Event. We'd love any other hairdresser parents to help out also! We had many students sign up and we will stay in touch with them over the school year. Learn more about this on the Locks of Love website or contact hallcommunityservice@hallpta.org
