Henry C. Hall Middle School PTA GENERAL MEETING MINUTES

Meeting of Tuesday, May 16, 2000
8:30pm • Hall MUR

Meeting called to order at 8:40pm

1. PRESIDENT’S WELCOME

2. VOTE on Amended By-laws
   M/S/P to unanimously approve revised by-laws.

3. VOTE on PTA Executive Board Officers and Committee Chairs for 2000-2001 slate (attached).
   M/S/P to unanimously approve the proposed slate.

4. VOTE to Approve Allocating Money for the Purchase of Six New 10-foot Shelter Tables and Benches to be used in the Lunch Area. (To be purchased from the David F. O’Keefe Company of Alamo, CA at a cost not to exceed $4,500.)
   M/S/P to unanimously approve.

Meeting adjourned at 8:45pm.
