GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING MINUTES
Meeting of Thursday, May 13, 2004

President Barbara Solomon called the meeting to order at 8:35pm. A
quorum was present. Parliamentarian Jeannie Perry presented the
proposed slate of officers for the Executive Board of 2004-2005:

Susy Vrouvas made a motion to approve the proposed slate, and Ann Arabian
seconded the motion. All those present voted to approve the proposed
officers. Jeannie Perry pointed out that several committee chair
positions are still open.

Becky Reed spoke briefly about the upcoming Tamalpais Union High School
District Parcel Tax Renewal scheduled to be on the November 2, 2004 ballot. She
encouraged parents to get involved and offered a sign up sheet.
